One travel company trades at roughly half its fair value estimate while quietly diversifying away from the single market risk that compressed the multiple in the first place.
Read on before the rest of the market gets around to rechecking the itinerary.

Elon’s Supply Chain (Sponsored)
Most people know Elon Musk for rockets, EVs, Neuralink, and tunnels.
But his newest move may be tied to something completely different.
This technology is already being rolled out in multiple states, demand is rising fast, and major AI players are racing to secure access.
A few little-known companies control the supply chain behind it.
That means anyone who wants in, including Musk, Sam Altman, or other AI leaders, may need to go through them first.

Nomad Foods Trades Near 7x Earnings While Paying a 5.8% Dividend

Nomad Foods Limited (NYSE: NOMD) trades near $11.72 after second-quarter adjusted EPS of €0.39 beat expectations and adjusted gross margin expanded 110 basis points to 28.9%. The improvement came despite organic revenue declining 2.9% and volumes falling 5.9%.
Management now expects 2026 adjusted EPS of roughly $1.59 to $1.76 after currency translation. At today’s price, the stock trades near seven times the midpoint of that range while paying a $0.68 annualized dividend, giving you a yield of about 5.8%.
Cash generation adds another layer. Nomad still expects adjusted free-cash-flow conversion above 90% for the year and has shifted capital away from buybacks toward reducing leverage.
Margins Are Moving Before Volumes
Adjusted gross profit increased slightly even as revenue declined, showing that pricing and supply-chain productivity are beginning to offset weaker demand. Your valuation case gets stronger if those savings hold while frozen-food volumes eventually stabilize.
Debt Keeps the Multiple Low
Higher financing costs forced Nomad to cut its adjusted EPS outlook, while full-year organic revenue and adjusted EBITDA are still expected to decline. If you want the seven-times earnings multiple to rerate, debt reduction and margin gains need to outrun continued pressure on volumes.

Communications Software
Agora’s $261 Million Net Cash Pile Covers Nearly 70% of Its Equity Value

Agora Inc. (NASDAQ: API) trades near $4.54 after BofA raised its price target to $6.80, citing stronger revenue growth, conversational AI potential, and the company’s large cash position. The stock remains deeply discounted even as growth begins to accelerate again.
Agora ended June with roughly $361.7 million in cash and financial assets against about $100 million of borrowings, leaving close to $261 million in net cash. That works out to about $3.12 per ADS, meaning nearly 70% of today’s equity value is backed by net cash before you assign much value to the operating business.
Revenue grew 18% in Q2 to $40.4 million, while dollar-based net retention improved to 104% from 94% a year earlier. Q3 guidance calls for another roughly 16% to 19% increase, yet the operating business is valued at less than one times its annualized revenue run rate after net cash.
The Share Count Is Already Much Smaller
Agora has spent about $160 million on repurchases and cut its ADS-equivalent share count by roughly 25% since the program began. Your ownership stake benefits if that discipline continues while revenue growth moves higher.
The Cash Cushion Still Has to Produce Profits
Gross margin slipped to 63.7%, operating cash flow was negative, and the core business still posted an operating loss. If you want the net-cash discount to close, Agora needs to turn accelerating demand into sustainable operating profits without burning through the balance-sheet advantage.

Abacus Trades Near 9x Adjusted Earnings as a $100 Million Buyback Targets 11% of Its Value

Abacus Global Management Inc. (NYSE: ABX) trades near $9.37 after authorizing a new $100 million share repurchase program. The authorization equals roughly 11% of the company’s current market value and follows about $80 million of stock already repurchased under earlier programs.
Management expects 2026 adjusted EPS of $1.00 to $1.05, putting the shares near nine times the midpoint of guidance. Q2 revenue increased 30% to $73 million, while adjusted EBITDA reached a record $39.9 million, giving you a low multiple alongside continued earnings growth.
Cash generation also strengthened sharply. Abacus produced $130.9 million of operating cash flow during the first half, while full-year adjusted net income guidance of $100 million to $106 million points to another year of growth.
The Buyback Is Big Enough to Matter
A $100 million repurchase can materially reduce the share count if management executes near current prices. Your valuation case gets stronger because Abacus has already demonstrated a willingness to deploy meaningful capital toward repurchases rather than leaving authorizations unused.
Adjusted Earnings Need to Hold Up
GAAP net income fell to $6.6 million in Q2, while the balance sheet carries more than $330 million of debt against $23 million of cash. If you want the nine-times adjusted earnings multiple to close, cash generation has to keep supporting both the buyback and the company’s growing asset platform.

Actionable Picks This Week
Deere (NYSE: DE)
Deere reports August 20 with a UAW labor contract dispute hanging over it and analysts already trimming expectations into the print. That is the setup worth watching, because a lowered bar changes what counts as good news. If you already own it, sitting through the report is reasonable. If you do not, waiting and letting the reaction set the price beats guessing beforehand.
The key thing to watch is whether a soft quarter arrives paired with a reaffirmed 2027 outlook, because that combination is the actual signal rather than the headline number. A pinch point could arise if the labor dispute drags into fiscal 2027 and begins to affect production rather than just sentiment.
Trip.com Group (NASDAQ: TCOM)
Trip.com runs accommodation booking, transportation ticketing, and packaged tours across China and international markets, and it screens with a fair value near $70.20 against a market cap around $29.6 billion, implying roughly 50% upside. Chinese travel demand has been recovering unevenly, which is precisely why the discount exists and why most Western investors have not updated their view.
The international segment is the part that changes the story, because it diversifies away from the single-market risk that has kept the multiple compressed. Risk here is straightforward and worth respecting: Chinese consumer sentiment and regulatory posture can both shift faster than the fundamentals do.
Broadridge Financial Solutions (NYSE: BR)
Broadridge reported fiscal Q4 on August 4 and trades at a P/E near 16.5 times against a fair value narrative around $206.50, below what this business has historically commanded. It is fintech infrastructure, processing the unglamorous plumbing of proxy communications and trade settlement while flashier names collect the coverage.
This is a compounder rather than a re-rating story, so the holding period matters more than the entry. Adding on post-earnings weakness that leaves guidance intact is the cleanest approach. The risk is that a business this steady simply stays cheap longer than your patience holds.

Fast Movers to Watch
Warrior Met Coal (NYSE: HCC) Warrior Met posted Q2 revenue of $509.69 million against $297.52 million a year earlier, with net income jumping to $87.43 million from $5.61 million.
That is not incremental improvement; that is a different company year over year, and the stock screens below estimated fair value despite it. Metallurgical coal is cyclical and unloved, which is exactly why a quarter like this does not get priced immediately.Cogent Biosciences (NASDAQ: COGT) Cogent sold 1.74 million shares after quarter-end for $71.4 million net, bringing pro forma cash to $865.9 million and extending runway into late 2028.
That is fortress balance sheet territory heading into pivotal readouts, which matters enormously in biotech because it removes the financing pressure that forces bad decisions at bad prices. You are watching for the data, but the cash means the company waits for it on its own terms.Brookfield Infrastructure Partners (NYSE: BIP) Brookfield posted second quarter funds from operations of $702 million, up 10% year over year, with the data segment growing 36% and midstream and transport up 17% and 7%.
Management is merging the Partners entity with Brookfield Infrastructure Corporation to simplify the structure and broaden index and ETF eligibility, while asset sales have generated nearly $1.2 billion to self-fund growth. The distribution pays you while the simplification works through.
